Account Director Job Requirements

The position of the account director of a company is one of great responsibility. The job profile of an account director of a firm is to direct the marketing efforts, the overall planning and execution of the tasks, the task of web development of the account of the company. Educational Requirements

  • Additional diploma courses in the fields of auditing etc. add weight to one’s resume and helps in landing up the job.

  • He should be able to provide any additional training required by his subordinates for improved performance.
  • He should be able to motivate his team and offer rewards and benefits to those performing well for consistency in the superior quality of work.
